Withdrawing and depositing money is fairly self-explanitory; you can store funds and well as remove funds from your bank at any time, free of charge.
You can earn interest on the money you keep in the bank as well. At most, you can earn an extra 500 per day, which is obtained by having aproximately 2200 kept in the bank.
Advertisement rewards can be claimed daily as well. These are earned by people that visit your VDex profile page.
